“I've made my first videogame in Godot! This game was made for a bachelor's project. I'm doing an investigation about gamification; ways study can be made fun for children. For the final part of the project I've made this videogame based on Typing Incremental, that helps people…”

Multiple developers are seeking feedback on their games, ranging from a physics simulator to a sliding penguin game. They are looking for opinions and suggestions to improve their creations and gauge player interest.

“Hey folks . This is the first project i'm trying to do. I want to share this project and collect some tips and feedbacks. Demo video The idea The idea here is simple, a colorful marble racing game where you compete with others through some fallguys like obstacles. Different of traditional marble racing games that gravity do all the work for you, here you control the sphere. Intentionally, some of the obstacles need more players to be overcome more quickly, and slow down the players ahead, so”
“We added interior windows to show outside weather and time dynamically (waves move when you are travelling), it was quite hard to pull off given it's mostly a 2D game. Do you think it's convincing enough that you are inside a moving ship? The game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4781490/Echoes_of_Eta/ submitted by /u/SignalSchool8950 [link] [comments]”

“Hey everyone! I'm a solo indie developer working on High Voltage , a first-person incremental game about building your own power grid. You start with a tiny pedal-powered generator and gradually expand into solar panels, wind turbines, and battery storage to supply electricity to an entire city. Solar power is one of the ways players can automate their electricity production, and I've also added a day/night cycle, changing weather, and energy storage mechanics. It's definitely more o”
“I'm developing Overloaded Cart , an arcade 2D supermarket physics game where you try to reach the checkout without losing your groceries to bumps, forklifts, and wobbly physics. Looking for honest feedback on the cart's acceleration, weight transfer, and overall arcade handling! “We're a 3-person team (programmer, 3D artist, sound designer) preparing our game for Steam Next Fest. We've been working on it for about 4 months and wanted to share how we solved some of our core technical challenges in Unity: - Movement: adding direct forces to the ball's Rigidbody in FixedUpdate (both on the ground and in the air). Natural physics friction handles the rolling, keeping the controls highly responsive. - Jumping & Grounding: we check if the lower half of the Sphe”
“I’ve been building this EM simulator as a side project aimed to enhance students' conceptual understanding of electromagnetic phenomena such as radiation, polarization and wave interference. I hope somone might find useful and I’d love to hear what people think :) Live: https://rotemtsafrir.github.io/dipole_sim/ GitHub: https://github.com/rotemTsafrir/dipole_sim submitted by /u/RotemT [link] [comments]”
“Run and slide to build momentum and reach the top of the mountain. A bad landing can send you tumbling back down. In the trailer I wanted to show how you can repeatedly fail the same section but also rescue yourself from sliding too far down and beat the challenge step by step. Did that come through? The penguin has no air control (like real penguins) so the game is really about managing your momentum. You don't always want to go too fast. If you're interested wishlist it on Steam: https”
