“Inpost is trash, hopefully you can use the credit with other shipping companies? I’d recommend using Royal Mail click and drop, outside of shopify but it links directly to your store so the labels are created when an order comes in”

“Yeah usually clears up on its own after a sync cycle, but worth keeping an eye on if it keeps happening past this week”
“I've seen similar mismatches before. Shopify's tracking dashboard sometimes seems to lag behind or interpret carrier updates different than USPS does. If the USPS tracking page is showing the correct ETA and customers aren't seeing the "late" status, I'd be inclined to chalk it up to a Shopify sync issue.”

“Ok so i’m kind of at my wits end because i just moved recently and my new usps post office is not scanning in my letter packages. I sell a significant amount of stickers and mini prints which i ship by letter with etsy labels. For some reason my local post office is not scanning them and i’m very worried they’ve lost them as i have 4 orders i shipped out on 7/13/2026 that are only showing status of label printed. Their office is closed now but if i call is there anything they can do with it bein”

I ran into this issue on Etsy after having my first international sticker sale (and it was JUST stickers -- it's always been orders with stickers plus books before, so this has never been a problem before). “I use printful for my shop selling in the US, I love their customization app and selection, but the shipping times seem to be terrible. None of the packages have arrived by the delivery date. All of them have been after even when expedited delivery was paid for and some even taking a month to deliver. Am I the only one experiencing this? If I reach out to them will they fix it? “We’re seeing the same thing. Several delivered orders are still showing “In Transit” in Shopify. Support confirmed it’s a known issue but didn’t have an ETA. Curious whether this is affecting all stores or only certain subsets”

“I'm preparing orders for tomorrow's pickup using USPS as the shipper. The first few orders everything was fine concerning shipping weight and package size relevant to the postage price. Currently, we ship exclusively thru USPS with First Class Package International. “I purchased 12 labels from our shopify site which were USPS labels. I'm getting customer emailing us saying their tracking states it was delivered in April? I went to our local USPS office and their internal system states "Tracking number duplicated by USPS" I'm not sure what to do they left me a number to call but I couldn't get a hold of them. “Spoke to support this morning and this is what they said: "The underlying issue has been resolved. Our team is now identifying the affected labels and working to correct them as quickly as possible. You're safe to purchase new USPS labels now, as current purchases are no longer affected. Your previously impacted labels will be fixed shortly and you won't need to do anything on your end.
