“If you really want to pick just one Adams product like I did, it’ll be the Wheel & Tire cleaner. It cleans REALLY good. Don’t use it every wash because that shit is super strong! So I do a “deep clean” with it once, and then use my normal car soap to clean wheel and tires for…”

Adams Wheel & Tire Cleaner or just Adam's Tire Cleaner [re: Tire Dressing]

reddit.com5d ago

“If you really want to pick just one Adams product like I did, it’ll be the Wheel & Tire cleaner. It cleans REALLY good. Don’t use it every wash because that shit is super strong! So I do a “deep clean” with it once, and then use my normal car soap to clean wheel and tires for subsequent maintenance washes. Until they are super dirty again and need another deep clea….and the cycle repeats. P.S: professional detailers call it “the nuke” of wheel and tires cleaners :) [re: If you could put toge”

“100% agree. [re: Where can I find decent exterior car washing products that can be purchased locally? (Walmart, auto parts store, etc)]”

“I'll just add that S003 is a pretty mediocre spray and rinse from my experience and that Bilt Hamber Touch On is much more impressive. I've heard that KCX's CES is a much better product to get good beading. Anything is better than a auto car wash at this point. Get a bucket, microfiber mitt and a decent soap (active foam you can use for both foam and contact). You do want to actually wash with contact. Foaming is not sufficient.”

“I’m sure it would be great, but man it would be pricey. I’ve used Adams on my husband’s truck. It was cool. I had to go back in and wipe off excess.”

Cheap Walmart brand…. Works great

“One of the few products in Larry’s line up that I would say has good value. You got a lot of applications from that single bottle. Same for his first formula of Hydrate that was gel like.”

“i only know of fireball, aside from those mentioned here the price in my area is different, luminus is priced the same as sonax, and katiba is a bit more expensive”

“Right on, I’ll keep an eye out! Didn’t realize the list was ceramic only. Makes sense to start with a smaller set of spray/rinse products tho.”

“How can I tell how long the wet coat is on there for? I just got Gyeon wet coat, but IM only getting into detailing. How can I tell when my coat is coming off?”

“Thank you. Is Mckee’s in a regular spray bottle or something you dilute and use the foam cannon to apply?”

r/AutoDetailing27d ago

“I use Adam’s mega foam for cannon, the soap you have for contact. And have separate soaps for alkaline/ acidic wash. Turtles good stuff, megs is meh”

Cordless? I think Ego is the only option

reddit.comSep 15

“I switched to using electric foaming pump sprayers and couldn't be happier. Much less set up and tear down time, takes up a lot less space and I use less chemicals and soaps to achieve the same results.”

r/AutoDetailingSep 15

“I had soimnething like that from aliexpress, mine never worked right. I would be concerned about it's chemical resistance. That Adams Wheel and tire cleaner is pretty powerful, I probably wouldn't leave it sit for too long. Small batches is a good idea. I replaced my cheap one with a Neburia V2 and its nice but also a lot more expensive but less than IK. .”

Adam’s polished car shampoo—i use this and its nice

reddit.comSep 13

“Adam’s. No wax or sealer added. Cleans without adding anything to the paint. This is important if you plan on using a ceramic coat finish like Griots 3 in 1 ceramic spray. Highly recommend.”

“Only choosing from those 3, I'd go with Adams. However, I'd pick Koch-Chemie gentle snow foam over all 3 off those.”

“Loving my ava washer too. I recommend getting some Mckillans garden hose quick connects to pair with it”

r/AutoDetailingSep 13

“I use the same one and can do my entire sedan without having to refill it. I even have a bit left over”

“I’ve been using Adam’s but I have a bottle of gold class I am about to try for the first time next. Wondering how I will like it with the foam cannon.”

r/AutoDetailingSep 13

“Same. Since the mid ‘90s. Before that I think I used one made by Turtle Wax.”
