We collect the following types of information when you use Pane: - Waitlist: your email address (during early access, stored solely to notify you when access opens) - Account information: email address, name (if provided) - Onboarding profile: skills, interests, build preferences, capital range - Usage data: saved clusters, notes, feed interactions, feature usage - Analytics data: anonymous, cookieless page views and feature-adoption metrics - Technical data: browser type, device type, IP address (anonymised)

We use your data to: - Provide and personalise the Pane service (fit scoring, cluster matching) - Send email notifications you have opted into (cluster alerts, reports) - Improve the product through aggregated, anonymised analytics - Process payments and manage subscriptions - Communicate important service updates

We use the following third-party services to operate Pane: - Clerk: authentication and user management - Paddle: payment processing, subscription billing, and merchant of record for all paid Panegains products - PostHog: product analytics, configured cookieless (no tracking cookies, no persistent browser identifier) - Turso: database hosting (SQLite edge database) - Resend: transactional and notification email delivery We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes. Third-party services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Cluster history retention depends on your plan tier (14-day for Free, full history for Player, Pro, and Pane Intelligence engagements).

Inner Object Labs ehf is incorporated in Iceland and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) via the EEA Agreement. You have the right to: - Access the personal data we hold about you - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") - Export your data in a portable format - Object to or restrict processing of your data - Withdraw consent at any time To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@panegains.com. Pane uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Our product analytics (PostHog) is configured cookieless — it stores no analytics cookies and no persistent identifier in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. During early access, the public site only collects your waitlist email; the cookieless analytics above run on the marketing pages.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Pane after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
