By accessing or using the Panegains market intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Inner Object Labs ehf, a company incorporated in Iceland.

Panegains is a market intelligence platform that monitors public online conversations, detects emerging pain-point clusters, and provides fit-scored signals to independent builders and entrepreneurs. The Service includes cluster feeds, fit scoring, alerts, reports, and related tools.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Service is offered in the following tiers: - Free: no payment required, full Pane feed access - Player ($29/mo): adds Topic Watch, fit ranking, pain alerts, and Capital Pulse - Pro ($49/mo): adds Product Watch, unlimited watches, Deep Scan, and Weekly Synthesis - PANE Brief ($250/mo): a hand-curated weekly market brief from the Panegains research desk - PANE Audit ($1,500 flat): a 14-day bespoke custom market report - PANE Desk ($5,000+/mo): an ongoing retainer — direct line, bespoke pulls, a standing read on your market All paid plans are billed via Paddle.com inc. and its affiliates, who act as our merchant of record. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to ours. You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at https://panegains.com/refund-policy — including a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month for Player and Pro, and stage-based refunds for the PANE Audit and PANE Desk engagements. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to: - Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service - Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data or content from the Service - Use the Service to build a competing product - Attempt to reverse-engineer the cluster detection or scoring algorithms - Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without our written permission - Circumvent any access controls or usage limits - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, algorithms, cluster analysis, and content, is the intellectual property of Inner Object Labs ehf. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Data you provide (profile information, saved clusters, notes) remains yours. You grant us a licence to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Inner Object Labs ehf is not liable for: - Business decisions made based on cluster data or signals - Accuracy or completeness of cluster analysis or fit scores - Service downtime or interruptions - Loss of data due to technical failures - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at panegains.com/privacy, and our Refund Policy, available at panegains.com/refund-policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify paying subscribers of significant changes.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland.
