REFUND POLICY

THIS REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PAID PANEGAINS PRODUCTS. PADDLE.COM INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE OUR MERCHANT OF RECORD; ALL CHARGES AND REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH PADDLE.

1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued across all Panegains products: the free Pane feed, the self-serve subscriptions (Player and Pro), and the Pane Intelligence engagements (PANE Brief, PANE Audit, and PANE Desk). Paddle.com inc. and its affiliates are our merchant of record. All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to ours.

2. THE FREE TIER

The public Pane feed is permanently free. Because nothing is charged, nothing is refunded. You can leave the free tier at any time by deleting your account.

3. SELF-SERVE SUBSCRIPTIONS — PLAYER ($29/MO) AND PRO ($49/MO)

- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. - 14-day money-back guarantee on your FIRST paid month. If Player or Pro isn't a fit, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund the full month, no questions asked. - After the 14-day window we don't issue automatic refunds for subsequent billing periods; you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account. - Annual plans (when available): pro-rated refund of the unused portion within 30 days of purchase.

4. PANE BRIEF — WEEKLY ENGAGEMENT ($250/MO)

- Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to briefs already delivered in the current cycle. - 7-day money-back guarantee on your first cycle: if no brief has yet been delivered, we'll refund the full month. Once your first brief has been sent, the current cycle is non-refundable. - Subsequent months: no automatic refunds, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

5. PANE AUDIT — FIXED-PRICE ONE-SHOT ($1,500)

The Audit is a 14-day bespoke research engagement. Because it involves substantial custom work, refunds follow a stage-based schedule: - Before kickoff (we have not yet started research): full refund within 7 days of purchase. - After kickoff but before any draft, partial, or working document has been shared: 50% refund. - Once any draft, partial, or final deliverable has been shared with you: non-refundable. The materials are yours to keep. - If we fail to deliver the final report within 21 days of kickoff and the delay is on our side, you may request a full refund.

6. PANE DESK — RETAINER ($5,000+/MO)

- Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal; the current month remains active until its end and is non-refundable once the retainer for that month has begun. - 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month if no work has begun. - If we materially fail to deliver in a given month, we will discuss a pro-rated credit or refund on a case-by-case basis, in good faith.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email hello@panegains.com with REFUND in the subject line, and include: - The email address used for the purchase - The order ID from your Paddle receipt - The product or engagement the refund relates to - A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve) We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.

8. EU / EEA CONSUMER RIGHTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

Panegains is operated by Inner Object Labs ehf, incorporated in Iceland (EEA). Under EU/EEA consumer law, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts covering digital services. By starting to use a paid Panegains product — accessing gated features, opening a brief, or kicking off an audit — you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once we have begun to provide the service. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 3) is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies regardless of whether the statutory right of withdrawal has been waived.

9. CHARGEBACKS

If you have a concern about a charge, please email hello@panegains.com before opening a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue under this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback for a charge you have not first attempted to resolve with us may result in suspension of your account.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "LAST UPDATED" date above. Continued use of paid Panegains products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
