I also use cash app and Venmo (which is owned my PayPal) and never have these problems. PayPal I have tried linked my bank account multiple times and says it’s linked to apparently too many accounts. Want to get it removed from those accounts so I can use on my new account. I was asked to submit some info such as my bank state”
